Before going any further, it’s worth noting that you can’t fast travel in Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart until you’ve completed a given section of a planet.
Like with past games, you’ll gain access to teleporters once you reach either the end of a certain path or a point of interest you’ll want to return to at a later time. You’ll need to reach this point on foot at least once though, either through the main story missions or exploring planets for side content.

After you reach the point on the planet where the teleporter activates, you can use it whenever you wish to zoom between that point and the area where your ship is docked.
