To get the Madalina Head in Resident Evil Village, you’ll need to pull up the bucket hidden in the well to the side of the Gardener’s House in Lord Donna’s territory. This can be done after you complete two specific tasks. One can be completed by advancing the main story, while the other requires you to track down a specific tool.
First off, you’ll need to get the Well Wheel. This is obtained at the house behind the Iron Insignia Gate in the center of the village and can be accessed while making your way to the house with the Red Chimney. After that, you’ll need to progress through the game until you successfully escape House Beneviento, the lair of Lord Donna. Once you do, you’ll be able to make your way back to the Village through the Beneviento Garden. This should only take you an hour or two after you find the Madalina Body.
Make your way to this point in the game, and then proceed through the garden. When you come to a fork in the road, go left and head up a hill toward the gardener’s house. In the southeast corner of this area, you’ll find the well where the Head is hidden.
Go to the well, and use the Well Wheel to bring up the bucket hidden inside it. Grab the head from the bucket, and then combine it with the body to create the complete Madalina Doll. It can then be sold to The Duke for a huge sum of Lei whenever you wish to do so.
