Genshin Impact: How to Photo Swap With Friends

Developed by MiHoYo, Genshin Impact was released late last year and has quickly become one of the most popular free-to-play gacha games on the market. Update 1.3 has just been released, and the new Five Flushes of Fortune event allows players to log in everyday to take part in a photo-taking quest for more rewards. Here’s how to photo swap with friends in Genshin Impact.

Photo Swap with Friends in Genshin Impact

The Five Flushes of Fortune event provides you with 10 pieces of film each day, and your task is to take pictures of specific objects or creatures, then turn them in for a Treasure Trove. The catch is that you need at least five different colored photos in order to claim a Trove, and with only 10 pieces of film, it might not always be possible to get all five colors everyday.

That’s where the photo swap feature comes in. If you have a surplus of a particular color, you can send it to someone on your friends list to help them out, and vice versa.

To do this, bring up the menu and click on the Events option. From there, select Five Flushes of Fortune to view the event panel. At the bottom right corner, select the Photo Swap option and you’ll see a list of people on your friends list who have already started the event as well.

You can change between the Send and Receive tabs to engage in the photo swap feature with friends. This is extremely crucial, especially as you get into the last few days of the event and you don’t have enough photos to get all eight of the Treasure Troves.

That’s all you need to know about how to photo swap with friends in Genshin Impact for the Five Flushes of Fortune event. Be sure to check our guide wiki for more tips and information on the game.
