After you arrive, use a Pyro character to melt it before finishing it off. From there, head southward and up a small ledge to find an area with three more. After you’ve killed the fourth frozen pig a boss will spawn.
It’s not the hardest of battles, but the Sheer Cold makes it a bit tricky. You can always retreat to the previous area (where you found the first pig) to warm yourself by lantern.
With the boss defeated you can claim a bunch of Chilled Meat before finishing the quest.
