How to Cancel Fortnite Crew Subscription on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, PC & Mobile

The Fortnite Crew subscription that released late last year gives players 1,000 V-Bucks, that season’s Battle Pass for free, and an exclusive skin each month. It’s the perfect service for those who love the cosmetic side of Fortnite and want to keep building their in-game collection of skins, harvesters, and more. However, if you’re not enjoying the monthly skins the service offered, or you’re just not really playing Fortnite anymore, you may be wondering how to cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription.

In this guide, we’ll talk you through how to do just that on all platforms: Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, PC and mobile, as the process is slightly different on each of these.

Canceling Fortnite Crew Subscription on Xbox

To cancel your subscription on Xbox, head over to the account.microsoft.com/account page and sign in to your Xbox Live account that you signed up to Fortnite Crew with.

Here, go to the Services & Subscriptions option at the top of the page, and select ‘Manage’ next to your Fortnite Crew subscription.

Select ‘Turn Off Recurring Billing’ on the right-hand side, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.

Canceling on PlayStation

PlayStation users need to login to their account over on store.playstation.com, and then go to the Subscriptions Management option that appears once logged in.

Turn off the ‘Auto Renew’ option next to Fortnite Crew. This will prevent the next payment from being made, canceling your subscription in the process.

Canceling Fortnite Crew on Nintendo Switch

Nintendo Switch owners need to open the eShop on their console and go to their account icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Now select ‘Subscriptions’ and find ‘Fortnite Crew Subscription’ from the options that appear. Now simply select the ‘Turn Off Automatic Renewal’ option and complete the on-screen instructions to finish the process.

Canceling on PC

PC players need to login to their Epic Games account here, and then select the ‘Subscriptions’ option on the right-hand side of the ‘Account’ screen.

Find your Fortnite Crew subscription and then select the little cog icon to the right of it. Click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ option and complete the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancelation.

Canceling Fortnite Crew Subscription on Mobile

Finally, to cancel your subscription on a Samsung mobile device, you need to go to the ‘Galaxy Store’ and open the ‘Menu.’ Select ‘Subscriptions’ from here, and then Fortnite. Now tap ‘Cancel’ and you’ll complete the cancellation process.
