How to Get Off A Blooper in Super Mario Sunshine

You won’t encounter Bloopers until the second stage of Mario Sunshine. The second Shine you can obtain in Ricco Harbor comes from episode two, titled “Blooper Surfing Safari.”

Once you load into the episode, you’ll see a Pianta on your right with three different colored Bloopers. Once you hop on one of the three, you will zoom forward and be riding in style.

Be aware that the only way to get off a Blooper is to die or collect a shine. There is not a button to hit to stop riding the Blooper. You’ll have to take this Blooper to the tunnel on the other side of the map and complete the time trial from the Pianta there.

After you complete the trial, the Blooper will despawn and you will be safe to walk on land again. Be careful, though, if you hit an obstacle or wall while riding the Blooper, it will be an automatic death.

These sections are some of the trickier levels in Super Mario Sunshine. You may have to try this one a few times to get a feel for the controls.

Well, that’s everything you need to know about how to get off a Blooper in Super Mario Sunshine. For more tips, tricks, and guides, be sure to check out our extensive Wiki or search Twinfinite.
