Moogle Medals in Final Fantasy 7 Remake

First off, Moogle Medals can be found pretty much anywhere in the world. In our experience, they were mostly found in the breakable Shinra crates scattered across Midgar, and occasionally in treasure chests as well.

Your best bet is to just break all the crates you come across, and you’ll eventually start to accrue a good amount of Medals. You won’t be able to use them till a little later in the game, though, when you meet Aerith and reach the Sector 5 slums.

Once here, simply continue the main story until you discover the kids’ secret hideout in the slums, and you’ll find an NPC dressed like a Moogle who will accept your Medals. The NPC runs a shop called the Moogle Emporium, where you can purchase valuable items in exchange for your Medals.
