It’s a bit of a surprise that it’s not a Record Breaker card, after he set the record for the most goals scored in a single season, but this special card is an okay alternative. How you should approach this SBC is pretty straight forward. You should build a squad from one league, with the Bundesliga and Serie A being good options in FIFA 20, and then worry about the two other requirements later.
Since you only need 75 chemistry in the MLS POTM Carlos Vela SBC, you can put the TOTW player and MLS player in wherever, so long as you have a full league squad for the other nine players.
For the MLS player, I’d say use someone a little lower rated, such as Piatti, rather than Ibra or Vela himself, as they’ll shoot up in price quickly. It’ll be easy to balance the rating out elsewhere.
Then, for the TOTW player you need, be sure to use one from the current one in FIFA 20 as they’ll likely stay cheaper by being actively packed.
