How to Get Magnifying Lens in Link’s Awakening
The Magnifying Lens is a key item in Link’s Awakening that while not used to progress in the main story, it can prove to be helpful in solving a late-game puzzle, which is going through the Wind Fish Egg once you complete the eight dungeons and gather the instruments.
The lens is a strange glass that shows things you couldn’t see before, such as a strange text hidden in the Mabe Village Library.
In order to get your hands on the Magnifying Lens, you need to bring a scale to the stone mermaid statue that sits in front of Catfish’s Maw. You should’ve already gotten the scale from the mermaid in the water right behind Catfish’s Maw by giving her her lost necklace.
