How to Sprint
If you’re wanting to get into the action quickly, or escape a particularly annoying enemy, sprinting can be very helpful. All you need to do to make your character break into a run is press down the left thumbstick.
There’s no stamina bar to worry about, and you can just let go of it to stop, but be careful of things that are in your way.
If you collide with any kind of obstacle while sprinting, your character will trip and fall over, leaving you vulnerable for a short while.
How to Slide Attack in Astral Chain
You can also use the sprint button to slide attack if you’re getting up close and personal with some of the enemies in the game.
While sprinting as above, press the ZR button (which you also use for attacking normally) and your character will slide at the enemy in front of you. Adding it to your arsenal of attacks is very helpful because it’s easy to combo from it into other moves.
