Right when you start up a new save file in Astral Chain, you will be able to select the gender and appearance of the main character including their hairstyle, eye color, and skin color.
Fortunately, this is not your only chance to change your character’s appearance as you can customize your character later if you want. To do this, you need to head to floor B2 of Neuron HQ and go to your locker and open it up.
Just walk up to the locker, select it, and you will see the option to change your character’s hairstyle, eye color, and their skin color.
