Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: How to Unlock All Characters

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 collects heroes and villains from across the Marvel universe and throws them together in one experience. While you start the game with over 10 characters to play as, you’ll need to unlock the entire roster. Luckily, we’re here to help with a how to unlock all characters in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3.

How to Unlock All Characters in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3

Most of the characters in Ultimate Alliance 3 get unlocked automatically, simply as you progress through the game. Keep in mind, of course, that each and every character has their own level progression, so you’ll need to level all of them up independently.

There are four characters that require a bit of extra work to unlock, though, and you’ll find them at the very bottom of the list. Now without further ado, here’s a list of all unlockable characters in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3.

• Venom – Automatically joins after you beat him in Chapter 2
• Miles Morales– Automatically joins after Mysterio battle in Chapter 2
• Spider Gwen – Automatically joins after Mysterio battle in Chapter 2
• Ms. Marvel – Automatically joins after Mysterio battle in Chapter 2
• Luke Cage – Automatically joins near end of Chapter 2
• Iron Fist – Automatically joins near start of Chapter 3
• Daredevil – Automatically joins halfway through Chapter 3
• Wasp – Automatically joins near start of Chapter 4
• Hawkeye – Automatically joins near end of Chapter 4
• Psylocke – Automatically joins near start of Chapter 5
• Nightcrawler – Automatically joins near start of Chapter 5
• Deadpool – Automatically joins halfway through Chapter 5
• Elsa Bloodstone – Automatically joins near start of Chapter 6
• Ghost Rider – Automatically joins halfway through Chapter 6
• Dr. Strange – Automatically joins after you beat his boss battle in Chapter 6
• Storm – Automatically joins near start of Chapter 7
• Black Panther – Automatically joins halfway through Chapter 7
• Elektra – Beat the final trial in the Gamma Infinity Rift, must finish Chapter 5 first.
• Magneto – Beat the final trial in the Psi Infinity Rift, must finish Chapter 7 first.
• Loki – Beat the final trial in the Sigma Infinity Rift, requires you to finish the story first.
• Thanos – Beat the final trial in the Lambda Infinity Rift, requires you to finish the story first.
