A Plague Tale Innocence is a harrowing survival game that drops you right into the thick of the Great Plack, one of the most horrific outbreaks in history. You play as Amicia and her younger brother Hugo, as they fight to survive during the Plague and the Hundred Years War. Of course, to do that you’ll need to carry lots of essential tools, so here’s how to upgrade carrying capacity in Plague Tale Innocence.
How to Upgrade Carrying Capacity in Plague Tale Innocence
Upgrading Carrying Capacity
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to upgrade your carrying capacity until you reach Chapter 2. Once you’ve reached the old woman’s house, you’ll finally be able to upgrade your sling, carrying capacity, equipment, and more at the workbench outside of her house.
Simply walk up to the bench and press A (X) to interact with the bench, and from there you’ll start finding workbenches scattered around the world of Plague Tale Innocence. You don’t really have to go out of your way either, as the game pretty much puts workbenches in your path.
What Materials You’ll Need
You’ll be able to upgrade your carrying capacity six times in total; three times for material capacity and three times for ammo capacity.
You’re going to need to collect a variety of materials in order to do any upgrades, of course, including Leather, Cloth, Sulfur, Alchohol, Cord, and Crafting Tools.
Crafting Tools are the hardest to find of the bunch, and you need them to do any kind of upgrades. Tools can usually be found along the main path, but if you really want to do each upgrade you’ll need to explore every level to find everything.
Every other material is pretty easy to find as you make your way through the world, but you can check out our wiki for specifics on each one if you need to.
That’s pretty much everything you need to know about how to upgrade carrying capacity in Plague Tale Innocence. For even more tips and guides make sure to search Twinfinite, and check out our Plague Tale Innocence wiki.
