It’s understandable why EA has moved away from needing 84 and 85 rated squads, since the market is so high right now, but needing two TOTW players for both sections of the Guedes SBC makes them just as expensive.
Thankfully, you will be able to slip in the TOTW players, Portugal player, and Valencia player in wherever you’d like since you only need 80 chemistry in both of them. Just stick to any major FIFA 19 league, or maybe even the Liga Nos, for your 83 rated squad, and you’ll be fine.
For the TOTW players for both sections of the Guedes SBC, be sure to stick to players who are part of the current FIFA 19 squad, since they’ll stay cheaper by being actively packed.
For the Valencia player, Wass or Guedes himself are probably the best options, and there are a lot of Liga Nos players who would work for the Portugal player you need.
