How to Get Reissue Material in Animal Crossing Pocket Camp & What It’s Used For

Just a few days ago, a new update introduced Reissue Material to the world of Animal Crossing Pocket Camp. If you’re a little clueless on what this new item is, how you obtain it, or just how to use it once you’ve got it, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know about it here.

What It Is Used For

Reissue Material is a new item that enables players to craft items that were exclusive to past events. You’ll also need a bunch of bells and other items in order to craft them, but you’ll always need Reissue Material no matter what, so it’s best to ensure you’ve got a healthy stash of it at all times.

How to Get Reissue Material

There are a few different ways you can obtain this handy crafting item in Animal Crossing Pocket Camp. We’ve broken these down into quick bullet points below, and gone into a little more detail just after that.

  • Complete Limited-Time Happy Homeroom Classes for Reissue Goals
  • Reissue Starter Pack
  • Play Blathers’ Treasure Trek Reissue Material Map

From April 10 through to May 1, players can complete Reissue Crafting goals. These require players to pass Happy Homeroom classes, and doing so will result in receiving various amounts of Reissue Material, as well as getting the Reissue Material Map. You’ll need this for one of the other methods to getting your hands on Reissue Material.

The easiest way to get Reissue Material is to simply cough up your real-life hard-earned cash for some. The Reissue Starter Pack is current available from the in-game shop for $2.99 and provides players with 70 Leaf Tickets and 5 Reissue Material.

Finally, if you completed some of the Happy Homeroom classes and nabbed the Reissue Material Map, you can take it over to Blathers and have him embark on another adventure. There are 11 spots on the board, and you’ll again have to use Bells and other crafting materials to roll the dice and send him on his way.

You can check out the map itself, including where you’ll be able to nab Reissue Material from chests down below.

Unfortunately, not all items that have been previously released will be made available again via reissue crafting. It’s also worth noting that items available through the reissue crafting system aren’t just available forever.

Once they’ve ran their course, they’ll be gone forever. Though, Nintendo hasn’t ruled out that these items could return again at a later date.

At the time of writing, the Look-Alike, Leif’s Spring Flowers, and Rover’s Garden Safari set items are available for reissue crafting in the game.

To do this, simply bring up the crafting menu from the bottom of your screen by tapping it. Then, tap on the little stopwatch icon with ‘Reissued’ underneath it.

This will then enable you to scroll through the various sets and items. Tap on the item you want to craft, and as long as you’ve got the right materials, you’ll be able to craft it like any other.

If you order an item before an event ends but haven’t been able to collect it before time runs out, don’t worry. It’ll still be available to collect whenever it’s ready, regardless of whether it’s technically still ‘craftable’ from within this menu.
