If you preordered yourself a copy of Division 2, you’ll have gained access to the private beta, as well as some DLC for you to use in-game. The Capitol Defender preorder DLC pack grants you an outfit, weapon, and a blueprint, so chances are you’re wondering how to get them. Here’s how to redeem Capitol Defender DLC in Division 2.

What’s in the Capitol Defender Pack

The Division 2 DLC pack, titled Capitol Defender includes three different items you can redeem and use in-game. We’ve detailed these down below:

  • The Lullaby SPAS-12 Shotgun
  • Hazmat 2.0 Outfit
  • Weapon Blueprint

How to Redeem Division 2 Preorder DLC

When you preordered The Division 2, you’ll have been given an initial preorder DLC code. You should have been instructed to redeem the code over on the game’s redemption website, which can be found here.

Upon logging into your Ubisoft account and validating your email address, you’ll be given the option to choose your platform. Select whichever platform you choose to play The Division 2 on and want your preorder DLC to be accessible on.

Next, enter this initial preorder code provided to you by your retailer. Once the code has been redeemed, you’ll then be sent an email detailing how to get your Division 2 preorder DLC Capitol Defender pack.

We’ve already received our Capitol Defender pack code, so we’ll run you through the next steps. Simply put, you’re looking for an email from ‘Tom Clancy’s The Division 2.’ Within this, you’ll find the code for your Capitol Pack on whichever platform you selected.

With this Division 2 preorder DLC code now in hand, simply redeem the code on your platform’s store as you would any other. This is done in the following ways:

PS4

  • Head to the PlayStation Store.
  • Select ‘Redeem Code’ from the left sidebar.
  • Enter your code and confirm it to redeem it.

Xbox One

  • Head to the ‘Store’ page from your home screen.
  • Select ‘Use Code’ and enter your code.
  • Confirm you want to redeem your Division 2 preorder DLC Capitol Pack.

PC (Epic Games Store)

  • Click on your username in the bottom left corner of the Epic Games Launcher.
  • Select ‘Redeem Code’ and enter the code.
  • Confirm you’re redeeming the Division 2 Capitol Pack DLC.

How to Get Capitol Pack Items in Division 2

Now that you’ve redeemed the code, it’s simply a case of loading up the game. Once you’ve loaded up — or if you’re starting a new game, made it to the White House — you’ll want to access your Stash.

From here, select the Mail option and you should see your Capitol Pack DLC waiting for you to redeem. Now that you’ve got it, it’s simply a case of equipping the items as you would any others in the game.
