How Much Devil May Cry 5 Costs to Buy
Devil May Cry 5 is almost here, and like many modern games, it comes in several editions. Some are more expensive than others, and the larger price tags include extra bells and whistles. Here’s everything you need to know about Devil May Cry 5’s prices and editions.
The Three Editions
Devil May 5 is available in three editions: Standard, Deluxe, and Collector’s, which cost $59.99, $69.99, and $149.99, respectively. Each edition can be purchased for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
The Standard Edition’s Standard Fare
The Standard edition, as the least expensive version, comes with the full game and alternate skins for Nero, Dante, Lady, Trish, and Nico, but that’s just the physical version. Digital copies also includes a little something extra, but a gamer’s platform of choice will determine what they will get.
Players who purchase a digital copy of Devil May Cry 5 for the Xbox One receive early access to the Buster Arm. Not to be confused with the Mega Buster, the Buster Arm lets gamers toss demons around, much like Nero’s Devil Bringer from Devil May Cry 4.
PlayStation 4 and PC owners, however, instead receive a Devil May Cry 5-themed PlayStation theme and PC wallpaper, respectively.
The Deluxe Edition’s Deluxe Additions
The Deluxe edition, meanwhile, provides everything from the Standard edition, including the game, alternate skins and digital/platform-exclusives.
However, the larger price point nets gamers a few extras, including the Gerbera GP01, Pasta Breaker, Sweet Surrender, and Mega Buster Devil Breakers for Nero, as well as the Cavaliere R Devil Arm for Dante.
As another bonus, the Deluxe edition includes a music soundtrack, alternate announcer voices, special live-action cutscenes, and an extra 100,000 Red Orbs so players can get a head start on unlocking character skills.
The Collector’s Edition’s Collectibles
As the most expensive version, the Collector’s edition includes a bevy of extras. While this edition features everything from the Deluxe edition, it also comes with a few exclusive physical collectibles.
The centerpieces of the Collector’s edition are the 8″ replica of Nico’s Motor Home, art book, pin, cloth print, and a bumper sticker gamers can actually put on their cars.
Plus, the Collector’s edition comes packaged in a replica of Nico’s toolbox, which is a boon for anyone who want a special bonus that is as fanciful as it is practical.
That’s all you need to know about Devil May Cry 5’s different prices. The game will launch March 8 for the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. For more Devil May Cry 5 tips, tricks, guides, and walkthroughs, visit Twinfinite‘s Devil May Cry 5 guide wiki.
