There’s a lot to keep an eye on in FIFA 19 Ultimate Team. Chemistry is a constant consideration, players will run out of contract or get injured, and you need to make sure that your squad’s fitness is at an optimal level. Without high fitness, players will run out of stamina towards the end of a game. That, in turn, negatively affects their stats in other technical areas. Therefore, you need to use fitness consumables to ensure that their fitness is as high as it can be, or at least high enough that they’ll last a full match. Squad Fitness Cards, while often expensive to buy from the transfer market due to their usefulness, are the best way to quickly boost the fitness of your squad. Here’s everything you need to know about how to apply Squad Fitness Cards in FIFA 19 Ultimate Team.
