Dragon Quest XI has finally arrived in the west on PS4 and PC, with players embarking on an epic quest to try and stop evil once and for all, while trying to uncover our protagonist’s mysterious fate. You’ll interact with a cast of colorful characters, build a party to go adventuring with, and fight plenty of formidable beasts. Outside of combat, though, there are times when you’re going to be traversing the world or making your way from one village to the other. Here’s how to sprint and run faster in Dragon Quest XI to cut down the amount of time you spend getting around.
In order to make your character sprint in Dragon Quest XI, all you need to do is press and hold down the R2 button on your PS4 controller. Doing so will have your character dash, but fortunately, there’s no stamina bar or anything for you to worry about. As such, you can just keep R2 held down and sprint about the world that little bit faster, without having to take a break at any point. What can we say, the kid’s got some lungs on him!
