HOW TO GET A WETSUIT IN ANIMAL CROSSING NEW LEAF

Recommended Videos

In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, not only can you go fishing for different types of fish and marine life, you can also obtain a wetsuit that allows you to dive underwater to find things such as seaweed and octopi.

In order to get your hands on one of the nine different-colored wetsuits, head on over to Tortimer Island, where you’ll be able to purchase one from the shop for the price of 40 medals. In order to obtain medals, you must participate in the Island Tours, which are minigames that can only be played on Tortimer Island and doing well in these games will net you medals. There are fishing, gardening, and even fossil-hunting minigames that will test your abilities and will reward you with some medals so you can purchase your precious wetsuit. Just keep in mind that the wetsuit will only be available for purchase 25% of the time; if you head to the island and are not able to buy it, you can always rent it for a low price as well.

That’s all you need to know about getting a wetsuit in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. For more general tips and tricks, make sure to search for Twinfinite.
