Is VRChat Coming to PSVR?

Recommended Videos

VRChat has been the talk of the PC VR town as of late. This isn’t a game that sees you blasting the heads off countless aliens or drops you in some psychedelic puzzle world for you to somehow navigate your way out of. Instead, VRChat is all about being part of a growing community of fellow VR users that creates the worlds and customizes their avatars, all as part of an effort to socialize with one another thanks to the power of VR. VRChat has taken off on PC, with Oculus Rift and HTC Vive users both able to play fun little games and explore worlds with one another, and so many PSVR owners are wondering if the title is coming to the PS4 VR headset.

Well, though no release date has been officially released yet, a developer of the game going by the username ‘vrpill’ on the game’s Steam forums, subtly revealed that the game is coming to multiple platforms, including PSVR, when answering whether the game would have Steam Workshop support.

Unfortunately, there’s no other official word on whether VRChat is coming to PSVR, so whether its inclusion in the list of platforms was just one of a number of possible future places we could see the title remains to be seen. As soon as we have any concrete information, we’ll be sure to update this post and let you know.
