How to Unlock More Heroes in Star Wars Battlefront 2
Although most of your time in Star Wars Battlefront 2 will be spent playing as foot soldiers, there are still the famous heroes and villains that return along with a few new ones. As you earn Battle Points in matches you’ll be able to play as these various heroes during that match, but you’ll probably notice that not every hero and villain will be available to you at the start of the game.
You will need to unlock a few characters like Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Chewbacca, and Princess Leia before you’re actually able to play as them in battle.
All you need to unlock more heroes in Star Wars Battlefront 2 is credits, which can be earned in-game or purchased with real money. If you don’t want to drop any of your hard earned cash, there are a few ways of getting credits in the game. The first is by completing the various challenges that Star Wars Battlefront 2 gives you, both the permanent ones and the weekly/daily challenges. To take a look at all the different challenges and rewards, simply navigate over to the Challenges tab on the main menu. It’s worth noting that once you actually complete a challenge, you will need to go back to this menu in order to claim your reward.
The other way of getting credits is simply by playing multiplayer matches. Every match you play in any mode will reward you with a small amount of credits, usually a few hundred. Because of this, if you’re really looking to rack up credits fast, your best bet is to play the faster modes like Heroes vs. Villains or Strike, instead of Galactic Warfare which can take 30-40 minutes a match at times. The heroes cost anywhere between 5,000-15,000, so you will need to do a bit of earning before you can unlock them all. Once you do have them unlocked, however, you’re free to edit their Star Cards as you see fit. Just stick in there and keep playing multiplayer and eventually you’ll have all your favorite heroes and villains to play with in Star Wars Battlefront 2.
