Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle: How to Get More Abilities

How to Get More Abilities in Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle

Recommended Videos

Like many other RPGs out there, Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle has a skill tree with a bunch of different abilities for you to unlock for your characters. You unlock the skill tree after beating the first boss of the game, Pirabbid Plant.

Once you’ve defeated Kingdom Battle’s first boss, you’ll be rewarded with 10 Power Orbs. These are the currency you’ll spend in the skill tree to unlock the abilities you want. To do this, press the X button to bring up the Battle HQ menu and choose the Skill Tree option.

From here, you can press R and L to cycle through your characters and see what abilities they have available to them. Each character has their own unique tree, so be sure to see which abilities best match your style of play.

Once you’ve found the ability you want to unlock, select it with the cursor and confirm that you want to upgrade or unlock the ability. As long as you have enough Power Orbs, it will unlock. Power Orbs can be obtained as you play by defeating bosses, completing chapters, overcoming certain challenges, and sometimes by opening chests.
