If you started the Hylian Homeowner quest in Breath of the Wild’s Hateno Village, you’ll run into the Bolson constructor workers. After buying over your house, one of the workers, Hudson, will be sent off to Tarrey Town to start working on it. This will then kick off the new side quest From The Ground Up. If you visit Hudson at Tarrey Town, he’ll ask you to gather a few resources for him to get the town up and running. The first part of the quest requires you to bring up 10 pieces of wood, which should be easy enough.

Next, you’ll need to recruit several people to come set up shop at Tarrey Town. Hudson will give you a few hints, but here’s a list of the people you need, along with their locations.

Greyson: You can find him at the South Mine, which is located along the road that leads to Goron City.

Rhondson: You can find her at Kara Kara Bazaar, which is located along the northeastern road that leads to Gerudo Town.

Fyson: You can find him at the inn in Rito Village.

Kapson: You can find him at Zora’s Domain, near the ponds in the back of the area.

With that, you’ll have every NPC needed to get Tarrey Town up and running. Report back to Hudon, and you’ll have completed the From The Ground Up quest.
