Dark Souls III The Ringed City: How to Get the Ringed Knight Armor

Ringed Knight Armor – Dark Souls III The Ringed City

Recommended Videos

Fashion has always been a key part of the Dark Souls III as players constantly want to reflect not only their playstyle but power via their various pieces of armor. One of the newest additions via The Ringed City DLC is the Ringed Knight Armor, which is a rather imposing set worn by some very powerful foes you’ll come across halfway into this expansion. In order to obtain these pieces, you will need to kill Ringed Knights (guys with glowing rings on their chests), who can be found wandering around the grounds of the castle you infiltrate after the bridge of ghost archers.

These are random drops so if you want their armor, you’ll need to farm them for it. When dueling these foes, try to keep your distance as their sword has a rather scary range that can easily stun lock you if you’re not careful. However, they have a bad tendency to spam their base attacks, so wait until the combo is finished, move to their backside, and punish with a few quick hits. If you’re feeling confident, you can always parry their light attacks and then riposte for a lot more damage. It may take some time, but eventually you will have farmed enough to earn yourself a rather terrifying set of Ringed Knight Armor.
