How to Recruit Digimon – DIGIMON WORLD: NEXT ORDER
As you travel around Digimon World: Next Order, you’ll notice several exclamation points on the map of the world in the upper right-hand corner. You’ll begin to notice that those are stray Digimon hanging around, ones you can recruit. Head to them and press X on your controller when you’re near.
Each Digimon will have a different option of either battling or gathering items; some will require you to recruit other Digimon beforehand and some will join as part of the story. You will get an email with the requirements in your sub-folder. This makes the missions where you have to find or give items a lot easier, since you won’t have to remember everything.
Once the requirement needed is fulfilled, head back to the Digimon and press X again. For easier recruitments, it will be as simple as finishing the dialog and having them head to town, for others you need to pick specific dialog options, so you might want to save before you begin.
For every Digimon you recruit, Floatia will gain another level to its prosperity rating, this not only means there are more people within the town, but added bonuses such as shops unlock.
