- Get preggers.
- Get your hands on some strawberries. Pick them. Pick them all.
- Make sure you have a radio.
- Eat the hell out of those strawberries. This increases your odds of having a baby girl.
- Listen to pop music as much as possible. Do it while eating strawberries for optimal efficiency.
How to Have a Baby Boy in The Sims 4

- Eat a ton of those carrots. This increases your chances for a baby boy.
- Listen to alternative music as much as possible. Do it while eating carrots for optimal efficiency.
