Following a host of other PlayStation 2 Classics, Samurai Shodown VI is making its way to PlayStation 4, according to The Drop on the PlayStation Blog.
It will be available on the US PlayStation Store from November 22 and you can expect it to be upgraded visually in the same way as previous titles. It will also get trophy support.
Samurai Shodown VI was originally released for arcades in Japan in 2005 and is the tenth entry in the Samurai Shodown series. A PlayStation 2 version came to the US in the following January. Featuring 28 characters, the fighter has 2D and 3D elements. The PlayStation Blog description reads: “The age: Tenmei. The venue: the world. The prize: glory. The curtain now rises on the samurai world’s greatest spectacle. Let the games begin!”
Samurai Shodown VI will be available for PlayStation 4 on November 22.
