Xbox Live Users Experiencing Sign In Issues Again Today, Microsoft Investigating

Monday just got a little harder for Xbox users.

If you’re currently signed in to Xbox Live and would like to keep it that way, I would suggest keeping your console on. As of approximately 4:00 PM EST, Xbox Live users have been reporting problems with signing in.

Xbox Support has acknowledged the outage, and is constantly giving updates on the official Twitter page about the issues, as well as constantly updating the official Xbox Live Service Status page. Currently, the status page lists problems with signing in and creating, managing, or recovering an account affecting both the Xbox One and 360.

“Our team is already investigating and we hope to have everything back to normal ASAP,” reads the service page. “Thanks for your patience while we work. We’ll update you again as soon as we have more information.”
