Recommended Videos

Breath of the Wild is full of special clothing for Link to don, including the precious Gerudo Outfit. Like much of the game’s more unique outfits, it offers bonuses that will help you survive certain climates, so we’ll walk you through just how to get yourself a Gerudo Outfit.

First up, you’ll want to get to the Kara Kara Bazaar. Head from the Gerudo Desert Gateway towards Gerudo town, and you should spot it there. (You’ll also be able to find a memory in the eastern end of the area). At noon, you’ll find a merchant at the top of the bazaar, and he’ll be able to sell you the Gerudo Outfit, pictured below. Also pictured below, Link looking fine as hell.

The Gerudo Outfit is particularly useful for its heat resistance, as it’ll keep you cool in the worlds’ harsh deserts. You’ll also need it to advance the story of Breath of the Wild, so you’re likely to pick it up eventually.

Now that you know how to get the Gerudo Outfit, be sure to check out our Breath of the Wild wiki for more tips, guides, and walkthroughs.
