While playing South Park: The fractured But Whole, you’ll probably hear a familiar mewing while walking around the town. While your instinct might be to say no, bad Mr. Kitty! However the cats are actually quite important, but they are also really fast and hard to catch. If you try to approach a cat, they will quickly run away.

Each cat is different, but in general you’re going to want to make use of your time fart powers to catch them. To catch the cats, slowly approach it but don’t get too close. If you do and the cat runs away, you can use your time fart power to rewind time and reset the position of the cat. Once close enough, use the time fart power to stop time, and walk up and grab the cat. Farting on a cat will cause it to move its position and run away, so keep that in mind and stop time effectively.

What the cats are used for is a quest for Big Gay Al. The Sixth Graders are involved in some shady stuff involving cats and they have scattered Big Gay Al’s cats around town. Collect and return all of Big Gay Al’s cats to him to complete his side quest and make him super happy.
