FIFA 23’s latest Ultimate Team promo has been confirmed as FUT Birthday – which won’t come as a surprise to players of past installments. The annual celebration of the launch of Ultimate Team returns , taking on the established Swaps and Rewards formula. FUT Birthday Start & End Dates in FIFA 23

The FIFA 23 FUT Birthday promo began with the first Swaps Tokens being released on March 21. Players will be granted their first Swaps Token just for logging in to Ultimate Team, kicking off their collection ahead of cashing in for any rewards and prizes.

EA have confirmed that new Tokens will be available in Ultimate Team each day until the promo ends on April 7, 2023.

FUT Birthday ICONs and Team 1 Revealed

The first two teams of FUT Birthday in FIFA 23 have now been revealed, with one pertaining to the brand new FUT Birthday ICONs and a second to current players. Both have received mega upgrades to OVRs and stats, as well as boosts to skill moves and weak foot that vary from player to player.

The respective Team 2s were revealed on March 31, bringing more incredible boosted cards into FIFA 23 Ultimate Team. Specifically, the FUT Birthday ICONs Team 2 boasts: Paolo Maldini, Eusebio, Kaká, Patrick Kluivert, Wayne Rooney, Marcel Desailly, Juan Sebastián Verón and John Barnes.

There was also the release of Team 2 of current players. The full team is pictured below and consists of: Vinicius Jr, Bruno Guimarães, Mats Hummels, Timo Werner, Stephan El Shaarawy, Alex Telles, Antony, Andre Onana and Simon Kjær.

How to Get Swap Tokens in FIFA 23 FUT Birthday

The ways to earn rewards are also as we’ve come to expect, with EA confirming they’ll be available in SBCs, Objectives and store packs

Across the FUT Birthday Promo, a total of 30 Swaps Tokens will be available to players which they can cash in for rewards nearer to its end. These tokens are bronze-rated players (generally 61 OVR) and look like the below card template.
