Scav! Magazine Locations – Fallout 4: Nuka-World

Magazines in Fallout 4 aren’t anything new, however, Nuka-World introduces a new series that is scattered around the park’s different areas. These can be pretty tricky to find, so to help you cut down the amount of time you spend searching, we’ve found them all for you.

Scav! #1: For issue one, you’ll want to head over to the Galactic Zone and look for the locked gate to the left of the Star Control building (where that power armor is inside the glass case). Pick the lock and keep an eye out for a pretty tired-looking bus. Issue one is sat on a bunch of wooden boxes nearby. This issue grants you an increased success rate on speech challenges.

Scav! #2: Next up you’ll need to head West out of the park to the junkyard. Head inside and go upstairs and follow the path until you see a computer desk with a big safe next to it. The issue is on this desk. For picking up this issue, you’ll get a 25% increase in Combat Knife and Switchblade damage.

Scav! #3: You’ll have to venture over to the not-so-child-friendly Kiddie Kingdom for issue three. Head Northeast to where the Fun House is and venture inside. You’ll need to make your way through the Hall of Mirrors which is filled with enemies and mines, so be careful. Head down the corridor and up toward the rotating platforms.

You’ll now find yourself in a cylindrical room with neon green spinners. Enter the tunnel on the right as you walk in, and then continue straight ahead to find the issue at a dead-end. This issue will grant you a 10% increase in Hand to hand weapon damage.

Scav! #4: For issue four, make your way to the Grandchester Mystery Mansion in the Southwest corner of the map. You’ll have to head through the whole tour, but don’t leave when you reach the ‘Exit’ sign. Instead, go through the employee’s only door and head upstairs to an abandoned workshop. As soon as you enter this room turn right and you’ll find issue four on some boxes. Issue four grants you a 5% bonus on explosives damage.

Scav! #5: For the final issue, you’ll need to head to Dry Rock Gulch Theater and enter the employee’s only area. Here, you should spot two red cargo containers with wooden boards taking you up onto a roof. Head up here, and then cross from this roof onto the central building to find the final issue on a wooden table.

The bonus you get from this issue of Scav! depends on how many Caps you have. Less than 10,000 caps will get you an additional point to your Strength and Endurance perks, less than 1,000 caps will get you two points to each, and less than 100 caps will get you three.

That’s all there is to completing your collection of Scav! magazines in Fallout 4’s Nuka-World DLC.
