Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered Get Double XP Weekend

Lock and load.

Call of Duty fans will be pleased to learn that a double XP weekend is set to begin today, meaning you’ll be able to level up twice as fast as you wage war. Both Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered will be taking part in this event so get ready to lock and load.

The news has been announced via Call of Duty’s official Twitter account and you can look forward to twice the rewards from today until Monday. The weekend is to celebrate the upcoming Sabotage DLC pack released on Tuesday for thePS4.

The weekend event will begin today at 10am PT. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is the latest installment in the series. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is an updated version of the original Modern Warfare which came out back in 2007. So far you need to buy the special edition of Infinite Warfare to get access to Modern Warfare but there is speculation that the remaster may eventually become available separately.
