Recommended Videos

You can climb almost anything you see in Assassin’s Creed Origins, including the great pyramids. Once you’re done getting precious loot from the tomb of each pyramid, try climbing its zenith to get a stunning view from up high. While climbing pyramids definitely takes quite some time to do, you don’t have to manually climb down to get back to where you came from. You can quickly descend from pyramids by sliding down their steep slopes, which is as fun as it sounds. Best of all, you don’t have to worry about falling to your death when sliding down as Bayek will control his downward momentum with his hands. Ouch!

There are plenty of varying sizes of pyramids for you to climb up and slide down in Assassin’s Creed Origins. Regardless of height, there’s one simple trick to slide down from all pyramids. Simply jump down the steep slope of a pyramid to start sliding while holding the Circle button on the PS4 or B on the Xbox One to prevent Bayek from automatically grabbing onto all conveniently placed ledges on the pyramid. While you’re sliding, you can also open up photo mode to take a quick snapshot.

Now you should be able to slide down a pyramid with no trouble in Assassin’s Creed Origins! Something else giving you grief? Make sure to check our wiki for more guides and tips on Assassin’s Creed Origins.
