Michonne’s Absence in the Comics
Telltale’s upcoming mini-series of three episodes is going to focus on the machete-wielding badass, Michonne. The mini-series will explore the story of Michonne and what took her away from Rick, Ezekiel, and the rest of the group as well as her return.
The premiere episode finds Michonne aboard a sailing ship captained by Pete and his crew, as they look for survivors and supplies along the coast of Chesapeake Bay. During your voyage by boat, a desperate radio signal calling for help draws Michonne and the others to the scene of a horrific massacre. From this radio signal, the crew will be led to the floating survivor’s colony of Monroe, which may be inhabited by those responsible for the massacre.
By giving fans of the comic book series a chance to assume the role of Michonne during her time away from the gang, the game will hopefully answer a lot of the questions that have been floating around fans’ minds.
