Blizzard is pouring a lot of money into its Heroes of the Storm Spring Championship announcing that there will be over $4 million in total prizes throughout the 2016 Global Championship Circuit. Considering how much eSports have grown over the years, it’s not surprising to see Blizzard go all out in the way that it is this year with HOTS. Blizzard has large events every year, but this is proving to be its largest yet, hoping to join the ranks of massive eSports games like Dota 2 and League of Legends.
