What the Amazon Echo Show’s UK Price & Release Date Are

Recommended Videos

With the Amazon Echo Show being unveiled to the masses earlier this week, tech enthusiasts (those in the UK, especially) have already been wondering when they can get their hands on the device. Featuring a 7″ touchscreen, the Echo Show looks set to bring even more features, information, and convenience to users than the units that preceded it did.

Most notably, however, was the ability to video and voice call from the Amazon Echo Show thanks to the screen and the integrated 5-megapixel camera. The recipient doesn’t even need a Show, either. They can communicate through their older Echo device or simply through the Alexa app on their smart device.

While potential buyers in the US will already have the Jun. 28 shipping date circled on their calendar and the $229 already put aside, those in the UK are wondering what the price and release date for the territory are.

Unfortunately, at this moment in time, the Amazon Echo Show UK release date has not been announced by the company. If it’s anything like the original Amazon Echo, it could be quite a wait before the device makes its way over here. Regarding the UK price for an Amazon Echo Show, the $229 price tag roughly converts to £176. As soon as we have concrete information regarding the Amazon Echo Show’s UK release date and price, we’ll be sure to update this post and let you know.
