Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links: How to Get Polymerization

This article is over 7 years old and may contain outdated information

In Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links, fusion monsters, such as Meteor B. Dragon and Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, are among some of the most powerful creatures available. However, in order to summon fusion monsters to the field, you will need to use the spell card Polymerization which can be rather difficult to obtain. That’s why we’re here to tell you how to get your hands on it.

There are two ways to obtain a Polymerization spell. The first way is through the Card Trader’s standard rotation of available cards. Every so often, the trader will allow players to purchase one Polymerization at a time by trading him three SR Jewels, 15 Stones of Spell, and 30,000 Gold. Through this you’ll have a shot at obtaining a Poly every time the trader’s stock rotates, but you’ll have to stay on the ball and check him every time there is an update.

The only other way of acquiring a Polymerization is by leveling the Joey Wheeler character up to level 5. Upon reaching the level, you will be given a free Poly on the spot. Although you can only get one spell by doing it this way, you will be able to save yourself some much-needed jewels as SR Jewels are not easy to farm up. Keep in mind that the limit on Polymerizations per deck is capped at three so there is no real reason to collect more than that.
