How Many Grand Tomes There Are and How Long Yooka-Laylee Takes to Beat

Recommended Videos

Yooka-Laylee tasks players with finding all 145 of those glistening Pagies that got scattered throughout its world and the Grand Tomes within. Of course, players may be wondering just how long it’ll take for them to defeat Capital B and exactly how many of these Grand Tomes there are. Well, let us tell you.

First off, it’s important to note that you won’t need to find all 145 Pagies to reach Yooka-Laylee’s final boss battle. You’ll need to collect 100 Pagies to do so, and to reach this, you’re looking at about 20-25 hours. This can vary dependent on skill level, though, so you may get more or less than this when you sit down to play. If you’re looking to find all 145 of Yooka-Laylee’s Pagies, however, you’ll be looking at around 40-50 hours of play, again, dependent on your skill level.

Yooka-Laylee’s 145 Pagies are spread over five Grand Tomes within the Hivory Towers hub worlds. Each world has 25 Pagies to find, and the remaining 20 are tucked away within Hivory Towers. We’ve included a full list of the five Grand Tomes below.

  • Tribalstack Tropics
  • Glitterglaze Glacier
  • Moodymaze Marsh
  • Capital Cashino
  • Galleon Galaxy
