It’s finally time for the Cardcaptor Sakura series to return. Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card picks up with Sakura entering middle school just as Syaoran is returning from Hong Kong. It should be a time filled with thrills and excitement for Sakura but strange happenings are plaguing Tomoeda. At the same time, something strange is happening with the cards and it becomes glaringly obvious that Sakura’s adventure is not over yet.

Cardcaptor Sakura is an incredibly popular manga series and the anime adaptations have only allowed the series’ fanbase to expand even more. If you’re new to the series, Clear Card, unfortunately, won’t be a great entry point for you. There is quite a bit of prior knowledge necessary to understand what is actually going on in this particular arc and even understand some of the relationship developments between certain characters. For returning fans of the Cardcaptor Sakura series, however, Clear Card will mark a highly anticipated return to everything fans love about this young heroine.

You can keep up with this new leg of Sakura’s adventures by streaming Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card on Crunchryoll and Hulu. An English dub will also be coming to FunimationNOW. The series is available to watch now on Crunchyroll and Hulu with new episodes releasing every Saturday at 8 EST. FunimationNOW confirmed that the dub would be coming to its platform in Winter 2018 but no episodes were available on the platform at time of publishing. We will update this guide once an official air date for FunimationNOW has been announced.
