Out of the blue, Activision yesterday announced that Call of Duty: Warzone would be getting a new update. Titled Season 4: Reloaded, the update increases the number of players in a game to 200 players, adds the Rytec AMR sniper and more. But with Call of Duty titles now known for having massive downloads and installs, players are probably worrying about how long this will take to download. Here’s the Warzone Season 4 reloaded download and install size on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
How Big the Warzone Season 4 Reloaded Download Size Is (PC, PS4, Xbox One)
- Xbox One: 31.83 GB
- PS4: 21.875 GB
- PC: 22-36 GB
Console Owners: You’ll also have an additional 3.5 GB download if you own the full version of Modern Warfare. You’ll then need to reboot the game to access the Multiplayer mode.
It’s worth noting that while this is a pretty substantial download, it’s not going to add massively to the actual install size of Warzone, or Modern Warfare for those that have the full game.
The vague range for the PC install size is because the download will vary in size depending on when you last updated, and whether you have the full Modern Warfare game downloaded, or just the free-to-play Battle Royale section.
Those who just have Warzone installed should see the Season 4 Reloaded install size sitting at around 25GB, while those with the full game may find their download is even larger.
Keep in mind that if you’ve already set your console to download updates in the background when it’s turned off or in ‘rest mode,’ you probably won’t have the full size of the update to do.
That’s all you need to know about the Warzone Season 4 update’s download and install size for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. For more tips, tricks, and guides on Activision’s Battle Royale mode, be sure to check out our wiki guide.
