How to Save in Valkyria Revolution

Valkyria Revolution is finally here, and it brings an expansive story of war and honor. As with many RPGs, Revolution is quite a long game filled with many tough battles. Because of this, you’ll want to be saving your game as often as possible, making sure that you won’t have to go back and replay any particularly difficult parts.

Unfortunately, the start of Valkryia Revolution goes on a for a while before letting you save, roughly an hour. After that, however, you’ll be able to save pretty much whenever you want. There’s a couple different areas for you to save as well. First off, when you’re sitting in the forest with the history book simply hit the start button (options on PS4) to bring up a menu and select save. If you’re controlling Amleth around the city, you can also hit the start button and save that way, as well. At certain key points in the story you’ll also be prompted to save your game, which you should definitely take the opportunity to do. Just make sure to keep on top of your saves, and you shouldn’t have any trouble making your way through battle and story.
