How to Unlock Church in Summertime Saga

With all of the sin going on, you may want to cleanse your spirit by visiting the church every now and then in Summertime Saga. But, what’s this? You can’t access it immediately? That seems very much against the principles of Christianity, perhaps your soul is just beyond saving. Naa, can’t be that. Here’s what you need to know to unlock the church in Summertime Saga.

To unlock the church, you will have to establish a relationship with Mia. Complete the first leg of the French Class quest line (up to the point where Miss Bissette gives you a private lesson) in Summertime Saga, then speak with Mia either during science class in the mornings, or outside the front of her house in the afternoon. She will offer to study with you at her place, but can only do so in secret, as her parents don’t allow her to have visitors.

Enter her house during the night, sneak up to her room, and select study. Mia will ask if you like her. Select yes, and you will attempt to steal a kiss, only to be stopped short. Following that epic failure, you will leave. Head to bed, and return to Mia’s house at noon.

At this point, you will meet her parents, Harold and Helen. Helen will give you the third degree about how you know Mia, and whether you visit the church regularly. You’ll inform her that you do not (it’s locked, Helen – stop being a pain in the ass), and she will advise that you should leave.

After this event happens in Summertime Saga, the church will be unlocked, and you will be able to access it from here on. Maybe you weren’t irredeemable after all? Alternatively, you can unlock the church as part of the Art Class quest line, however that process will take a bit longer – it’s up to you which option you’d prefer to pursue.
