How to Heal Your Character’s Health in State of Decay 2

Recommended Videos

State of Decay 2 can be really overwhelming. The zombies aren’t that nice, after all. Especially at night. At some point, you will definitely lose life points, and you’ll need to heal your character’s health. Here’s how you can do that.

First and foremost, you need to make sure you have healing items. These can come in the form of bandages, pills, and first aid kits. Once your character has one of these in their inventory, you’ll see it in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. You can scroll through these items with the right and left d-pad buttons. Once you’re ready to use one and heal, you simply need to press RB.

You can also heal by simply switching out a character for another and let them rest at your base. If you have an infirmary in State of Decay 2, this will go by even faster. If you find that your character cannot heal past a certain point, this means they’ve come across some trauma. At this point, you’ll need to use a first aid kit to solve the issue.
