Is There a Difficulty Achievement in State of Decay 2?

Recommended Videos

As was the case with the first game in the series, State of Decay 2 sees you scour the lands in search of resources to protect you and keep the members of your community alive. Keeping yourself safe from the zombie hordes and completing quests can be tough, especially at night time, so you may be wondering if there’s a difficulty achievement or not, or whether you lose out at all by playing on a lower difficulty.

If you’re hoping to play through State of Decay 2 and collect all the achievements as you go, you’ll be pleased to know that there’s no difficulty achievement. That means that you will be able to play on a lower difficulty without being locked out of getting all the achievements. There’s a lot to the game, and it can be tricky at times, so playing on a lower difficulty might be a good idea. If you want to do so, you can rest assured that it won’t limit you at all.

That’s all you need to know about whether there’s a difficulty achievement in State of Decay 2. For more on the game, be sure to check out our extensive wiki.
