Sometimes you just need to fart. We all do it sometimes, and certainly the New Kid in South Park: The Fractured But Whole is no different. In fact, he uses his tremendous farting part for good, as it is one of his main superhero powers.

Aside from all the fart powers though, you can also just simply… fart. In order to do this, all you have to do is press Triangle/Y and you’ll fart in place. There are a few times when you might need this, but it’s mostly just for fun since usually you’ll want to throw your fart instead.

Throwing your fart is slightly more complicated. You can throw your fart by opening investigation mode by holding L2, moving your cursor over to where you want to throw your fart, and then pressing Triangle/Y. Throwing your fart can accomplish tasks such as scaring small animals and piss people off. It’s maybe not the flashiest power, but it’s certainly an important one if you’re ever going to find Scrambles the Cat.

That does it for how to fart in South Park: The Fractured But Whole, best of luck heroes and be sure to check our ever-growing wiki for more tips, tricks, and guides.
