How to Cure Spider Bites in The Sims 4

The Sims 4: Jungle Adventure introduces your sims to the world of Selvadorada. It isn’t all that nice of a place, though. Sure, it has waterfalls and beautiful greenery, but you’re also going to have to deal with some wicked bug bites. Some could even be deadly. When it comes to the spiders of the jungle, your sim better come prepared or face its poisonous bite. Here’s what you need to know to cure spider bits in The Sims 4: Jungle Adventure.

To prevent a successful spider attack, you’ll need Dr. Parker’s Spider Repellent. If you have one in your inventory, you’ll automatically use it up while being attacked. Keep in mind that this does only prevent it once, though. You’ll need multiple ones to prevent future attacks. These spiders are much more common out in the Jungle as well as in lots with the Creepy Crawlies trait. Keep in mind that this repellent is only for the spiders. You can get it from your little welcome pack once you choose your lodging while traveling to Selvadorada, or you can head to the bar and check out the vendors out front for any.

If you don’t have any in your inventory at the time of the attack, your sim will just have to take the bite. This will lead to them getting sick, and once the countdown on the buff is done, it will be revealed whether your sim got over it or took a turn for the worse. At this point, you could wait it out and hope for the best, or you can go ahead and drink an antidote.

That’s all you need to know to both prevent and cure spider bites in The Sims 4: Jungle Adventure. For more on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
