Is Rime Coming to the Nintendo Switch?

Recommended Videos

Tequila Softworks’ Rime is due to release on PS4, Xbox One, and PC in just over a week’s time. Players take control of a young boy shipwrecked on a mysterious, beautiful island after a torrential storm. In order to uncover the secrets of the island and its towering ruins, players must use their wits to solve puzzles and investigate the island. Don’t worry, though, you’ll have a friendly, magical fox to help you out along the way. With Nintendo’s system missing out on the May 25 release date, some players may be wondering if the game is even coming to the Switch.

Well, there’s some good and bad news on that front. Rime is coming to the Nintendo Switch, but currently, there’s no word on exactly when the title will come to the hybrid system.

It shouldn’t be too long until we do know, though. According to a post by publisher Grey Box on its website regarding Rime’s pricing on Nintendo Switch, the team “hope to have a Switch version release date announced shortly.” With a bit of luck, Rime’s release on the Nintendo Switch won’t be too long after the announcement itself.

As soon as an announcement is made regarding the Nintendo Switch release date, we’ll be sure to update this post and let you know.
