While Resident Evil 7 is definitely a terrifying experience simply playing on your television, PS4 and PSVR owners can truly immerse themselves in the horrors of the Baker estate. If you’re feeling truly crazy and want to truly feel like you’re there exploring the estate for yourself, then you’ll want to know how to play in PSVR.

If you want Resident Evil 7 in PSVR, then all you need to do is make sure that your headset is properly connected and plugged into your system and turn it on. Once you’ve got the headset comfortably and securely attached to your head, load up the game. Once the game has connected you to the online RE Net service, it’ll then ask you if you want to play in VR mode. Simply select yes, and the game will then begin to load up ready for you to play with your shiny PSVR headset.

You don’t need to do anything else to get playing RE7 in VR on your PS4. It’s worth noting that while Oculus Rift and HTC Vive owners will be able to play Resident Evil 7 in VR in the future, it’s currently an exclusive experience only available on the PS4.
